Nashua itself

Our yard sits right on 159 Temple St in Nashua, and this is still where most of our work happens. From the downtown core near the Nashua and Merrimack rivers out through the newer subdivisions toward Hollis and Amherst, and into Mine Falls Park and the historic mill district that built this city, we have put containers on just about every kind of lot this part of southern New Hampshire has.

If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk rather than your own driveway or yard, the City of Nashua governs that placement through its own Board of Public Works permit process (the only fee published in the City's own code is $300, and that is scoped specifically to moving structures through city streets, not to dumpster placement, so we never print a number as gospel here) — check current requirements by calling the Board of Public Works directly. Private property itself is unregulated. Outside Nashua's own city limits, every other New Hampshire town in our service area handles its own placement permits through its own town government — New Hampshire counties have no land-use permitting role at all — and the Massachusetts towns we serve (Tyngsborough, Dunstable and Pepperell) run through their own town governments as well, with MassDEP as the state authority instead of NHDES. Confirm the current fee and process directly with whichever office applies, and allow lead time before you plan a same-day drop. Prohibited items follow New Hampshire’s statewide landfill regulations: TVs, computer monitors and CPUs are barred from an ordinary landfill load under NHDES’s video display device ban, and rechargeable lithium-ion batteries joined that list under a newer statewide ban effective July 1, 2025, driven by the real fire risk a crushed battery pack creates in a collection truck — that's the resource we point customers to for those two categories.
